Hello hello :D ps leh i going to talk about training again =3=
LOL kk erm in gym room i can feel my legs trembling for some
reasons. sian. then we go outside and run 5 rounds T " T walao
remind me that day ran with sasa =3= then bla bla bla skip do
finish warm up i was in lane 7 :DDDD wohohohoho coach 真是
太有才了~~~ cause he didnt put me in lane 6 :DDDDDDD yay.

then hor, say, the guy behind me stupid de leh, see him very bu
shuang, i ask him if he wanna go first, then he smile smile say " no. "
then i swim already he wanna overtake =0= sian?! want to go first
then say la? i very sui bian 1 leh. then hor, he overtake liao i behind
him, and saw he's not doing the "6 kick 1 pull " lo. chicken, then we
reach liao , coach saw he overtake me liao then come 说教 with me
bla bla bla. the next set let him happy happy overtake. then coach
talk talk talk again, i gu yi 翻 that guy 白眼 in front of coach. LOL.
then the next set i also never do the correct thing, then that guy
cant overtake le :D yay. LOL. you play cheat, nevermind, i play with
you, see i very nice right? yeah. then when we reach already. Coach
ask him " -name- show me how you count your 10 sec. " yeah yeah
is the person behind you have to count 10 sec after you go, then he
can go de ner. enen. woherherher, i think coach saw he never count
hao hao right? then can overtake leh +v+ coach 真是太太太有才了~~
yay. then the next round he still havent count properly leh =0= sian.
dont care. but we swim finish the 200 meters liao coach come over
to lane 7 to talk talk with us about the stroke all that, then hor, i think
coach gu yi 1lo, cause he want that guy to wait 10 sec :D in front of coach
then that guy dont dare to count fast fast ma. wahahahhahahahahhaha,
coach 真是太有才了~ yay! LOL. i win already leh, i win le wor~~ shuang*
in the end that guy went lane 6 :D wahahahahahaha shuang lo. hehe.

next is do dunno what thing leh, it look like dogstroke. LOL you know.
then hor, the first 1 i dunno how to do leh, [ cause never listen. ] haiz,
i always dont listen de la T " T then hor, do do do, can hear coach behind
shouting at me =0= LOL. and it's actually 25 meters then after that do
free relax. but hor, i do until 50 meters cai saw anna them swimming
freestyle =3= haiz, sian. then bla bla bla skip skip skip.
